What is Kung Fu?
Kung Fu (Gung Fu) means time and effort. Time and effort pave the road to the Master level and beyond. One must learn to “invest in loss”. Kung Fu strengthens the mind, body and spirit to function in harmony as one. Through proper training and conditioning, Kung Fu builds character, confidence, respect and overall physical and mental health.
